招聘条件 Requirements
1. 获博士学位时间一般不超过3年，年龄一般应在35周岁以下。The duration of obtaining a doctoral degree generally does not exceed 3 years, and the age should generally be under 35 years old.
2. 品学兼优，身体健康，具有较强的科研创新能力和良好的团队协作精神，能全脱产从事博士后科研工作。Excellent in both character and education, healthy in body, with strong research and innovation ability and good teamwork spirit, able to engage in postdoctoral research work full-time.
博士后的薪酬与待遇 Salary and Benefits
1. 基础年薪28万/年(详细见合同) Basic annual salary of 280,000 RMB/year (detailed in the contract).
2. 奖励年薪和科研奖励金另议 The annual salary reward and research reward will be discussed separately.
3. 其他福利∶非境外且非在职博士后按学校同等人员享受社会保险、住房公积金等福利；境外博士后享受社会保险。其他待遇：（1）享受教职工体检等福利待遇；（2）学校按照规定为博士后提供租用住房；（3）博士后子女可在我校幼儿园和中小学就读。
博士后岗位职责
1、开展“XXX”相关科研工作；
2、积极申报省部级以上等各类科研课题，参加本学科国内外学术交流；
3、协助课题组指导研究生毕业论文工作及实验室管理相关工作；
4、完成本学科领导交办的其他科研、教学及行政服务工作。
出站业绩要求：
1）提交博士后研究报告一份
2）科研业绩应达到《理学院博士后流动站出站条件》的《生物学学科》的出站要求，具体如下：
在站期间须申请并获批主持省部级以上科研项目1项；或作为主要研究人员参与合作导师课题组成员主持的省部级重点或国家级科研项目1项。
注：以上“作为主要研究人员”，对博士后的要求为：在国家级项目或省部级重点项目中排名前三，或在国家级重点项目中排名前五；或在国家重大项目中排名前十。
在站期间须以第一作者、汕头大学为第一单位发表（或接受发表）1-2区SCI论文1篇（影响因子4.0以上）或SCI论文2篇（影响因子之和4.0以上）；或1-3区SCI论文1篇（影响因子3.0以上）且申请发明专利1项（第1申请人）。
注：以上论文分区采用中科院SCI期刊大区分区。
Postdoctoral Responsibility
1. Main Responsibilities：
(1) Work on the research project (not limited to) entitled “XXX”;
(2) Apply for the provincial or above-level scientific research project during the employment period, and actively participate in the academic workshop or symposium;
(3) Assist Profs to supervise master/PhD research students and also take part in the maintenance and management of the laboratory;
(4) Complete other works assigned by the leaders of the school.
2. Assessment criteria：
(1) Submit a postdoctoral research report.
(2) The scientific research performance should meet the requirements of the Biology in the Graduation Requirements of the Post-doctoral Research Station of the Department of Science, as follows:
During the station period, the candidate shall apply for and be approved to host one provincial or above-level scientific research project; Or as a main researcher to participate in a provincial or above-level research project or a national research project led by the supervisor.
Note: The requirements for postdocs as “principal researchers” above are: rank top three in national or provincial key projects; or rank among the top five national key projects; or rank among the top ten in major national projects.
Publish (or accepted) one SCI-indexed paper in Q1-Q2 (IF > 4.0) or two SCI-indexed papers (the sum of IF > 4.0); or one SCI-indexed paper in Q1-Q3 (IF > 3.0) with one patent as the first author on behalf of Shantou University (first affiliation) during the employment period.
Note: The above papers are classified as the Chinese Academy of Sciences SCI Journals ranking.
