研究方向:
细菌生物被膜分子机制和生物制药:主要从事微生物形成生物被膜的分子机制研究,主要研究对象为Shewanella putrefaciencs CN32菌株,该菌株具有较强的金属还原能力,在微生物发电、环境修复中有重要作用,同时也是海水鱼腐败菌和条件致病菌。该菌能形成生物被膜,生物被膜的形成在其环境修复过程中有重要的作用,因此其研究具有重要意义。除此之外,还对粘质沙雷氏菌合成生物农药灵菌红素的代谢调控进行基础研究。
