主要从事分子和细胞免疫学研究,集中在T细胞发育、分化和功能中信号传导以及分子调节机制等方面。解析了人T细胞起源和胸腺发育的关键事件,以及蛋白质翻译后修饰(泛素化等)在免疫细胞发育和功能中、免疫反应过程中的重要作用。以通讯/共同通讯、第一/共同第一作者已经在国际一流期刊NatureImmunityTrends in Immunology, Cell Research, Journal of Experiential Medicine Med, PNAS等上发表论文共50余篇。作为项目负责人承担的国家级课题:国家自然基金委杰出青年科学家项目、重点项目、重大研究计划和面上项目。以及科技部国家重点研发计划 “蛋白质生命机器”专项和“干细胞研究和转化”专项。任Cellular &Molecular ImmunityJournal of Immunotherapy for Cancer编委。
