工作及教育经历:

2000-2005年,中国协和医科大学,获得博士学位(免疫学)。

2007-2016年,美国MD安德森癌症中心免疫学系,博士后;2012年晋升为讲师。

2016-至今,四川大学华西医院/生物治疗全国重点实验室,担任研究室负责人。

研究方向:

      造血免疫系统和器官发育和衰老调控:以单细胞多组学结合fate mapping等手段,揭示了造血和免疫系统和胸腺等重要器官在机体稳态发育 

      衰老和炎症等疾病过程中系统变化和关键调控机制相关研究成果多次被Nat Immunol重点推荐。

      蛋白质修饰与免疫调控:揭示了多个泛素化调控酶在天然和获得性免疫中的关键调控作用

      肿瘤微环境免疫细胞的功能调控:深入探讨JAK-STAT信号通路在肿瘤微环境的相关作用机制。
