主要从事结构陶瓷以及陶瓷基复合材料的高温力学性能、氧化烧蚀性能、吸波性能的研究。现已发表SCI论文15篇，包括Corrosion Science，Journal of the European Ceramic society，Journal of the American Ceramic Society，Journal of Advanced Ceramics等。
