Xiaofang Shi graduated from Hengyang normal university institute of Physics and Electronics, received a bachelor's degree in 2019.After that,she began her postgraduate study in the School of Physics and Electronics of Central South University in September 2020 under the supervision of Prof.Jia Sun.Her research focus on Synaptic transistor.
