论文概述:
该论文以筛自高岭土矿区尾矿土壤的水生草螺菌(Herbaspirillum aquaticum)菌株KLS-1为研究对象,系统考察了该菌降解对羟基苯甲酸(p-hydroxybenzoic acid)的能力及其分子机制。通过浓度耐受实验、降解时间曲线、环境因素影响实验、辅因子影响实验、有机质/碳源影响实验、全基因组测序和功能基因注释及关键基因的RT-PCR验证,初步确定了菌株以对羟基苯甲酸为唯一碳源进行生长代谢的分子调控策略。该工作可为环境基质如水体、土壤中对羟基苯甲酸的生物降解研究及其应用提供新的菌种资源及思路。

Herbaspirillum aquaticum KLS-1 exhibited good ability to degrade p-hydroxybenzoic acid for sustaining energy acquisition via protocatechuate cleavage and ubiquinone biosynthesis
