个人简介

教育经历: 刘安军教授于1988-1998年期间在日本留学与工作。博士毕业于日本北海道大学,历任日本北海道生化研究所研究员、副主任研究员,日本スタミナ食品株式会社研究员。于2001年作为“海河学者”特聘教授调入天津科技大学。 主要工作经历及业绩: 培养硕博研究生107人,发表英文文章20余篇,并第一作者发表中文核心论文将近70余篇。 目前主持的主要科研项目 1.国家发改委西部开发重大专项“宁夏180万只清真肉羊深加工产业化项目”; 2.国家科技部“我国农产品深加工增值转化技术研究”; 3.国家自然科学基金“低聚硒酸软骨素的制备及诱导K562细胞凋亡的机理研究”; 4.国家“九五”重大攻关课题“肉牛产品加工利用技术研究”; 5.国家自然科学基金“亚硒酸化β-乳球蛋白真空氧化还原导入机制及其抗衰老机理研究”; 6.国家高技术研究计划(863)“食品专用蛋白基料制备关键技术研究与开发”; 7.国家农业部公益项目“低盐、低硝腌腊肉制品生产关键技术装备研究与示范”; 8.天津科委重大攻关“天然食品添加剂的研究与开发”、“功能性肽-Fe”的电离电解及絮凝回收技术; 9.企业横向项目:茶叶高附加值精深加工与开发研究,低能耗特色保健肉制品深加工等。 已完成的主要科研项目 1.国家自然科学基金:基于不同真空度下透明质酸2,4,6-硒酸的导入动力学及其诱导癌细胞凋亡的机理研究; 2.国家高技术研究计划(863):功能性肽-Fe的真空降解与絮凝回收技术及其SOD样抗氧化功能研究; 3.国家农业科技成果转化资金项目:高附加值功能性鱼糜制品及其配套技术中试; 4.教育部科技发展中心专项科研基金:硒酸多糖的氧化-还原制备技术及其诱导癌细胞凋亡的机理研究; 5.天津市科委项目:盐藻硒多糖的制备及产业化开发;寿命调控活性蛋白多糖的产业化技术研究;畜禽骨综合开发利用和深加工技术平台;淡水鱼高附加值加工技术与装备开发; 6.天津市经委项目:“功能性肽-铁”与“功能性肽-锌”保健盐开发; 7.天津市塘沽区科委项目:海洋大宗鱼类综合加工利用技术与产业化创新体系建立; 8.天津东丽科委项目:低能耗高附加值功能性肉制品开发与工程设计。科研获奖 1.获得国家教学成果二等奖1项; 2.天津市科技进步二等奖1项; 3.天津市科技进步三等奖1项; 4.天津市滨海新区科技进步二等奖1项; 5.河北省科技进步二等奖1项;
