男，1962年9月出生，博士/博士后，硕士生导师，三级教授，国家注册岩土工程师和国家注册咨询师，沈阳市优秀教师。现任沈阳建筑大学市政与环境工程学院院长，环境科学与工程学科的学科带头人。辽宁省环境科学与工程类教学指导委员会委员，水利部建设项目水资源论证报告评审专家，国家自然科学基金评审专家，教育部学位中心论文评阅专家。
