研究领域
1. 多孔介质热质传递理论与技术：建筑材料热湿物性研究、建筑墙体热湿耦合传递、建筑结露问题研究等，该科研方向对于建筑节能和建筑保温系统的确定和发展具有十分重要指导性意义，为降低建筑能耗和提高室内空气品质提供技术支撑。
2. 建筑室内环境空气质量保障技术：污染物源辨识及控制理论、高湿建筑内微生物滋生研究、空气净化技术、室内通风技术等，为提高和保障室内空气品质和城市环境提供基础性研究和应用理论支撑。
3. 能量转换与利用技术：太阳能与天然气等多能耦合理论及技术应用研究、太阳能利用装置优化研究、热泵技术在建筑中应用研究、高效火炕/火墙技术研究等，为可再生能源的利用提供高效手段，为节能减排的开展提供技术支撑。
4. 绿色可持续生态建筑技术：建筑节能技术研究、公共建筑绿色评价标准和方法研究、既有校园绿色改造技术及评级研究等，为国内建筑的可持续发展提供理论基础和相关技术。
