个人简介

2006年3月毕业于同济大学材料科学与工程,获工学博士学位。师从科学院院士姚熹教授。 2006年3月-2008月3月在香港理工大学应用物理系作副研究员(Associate Researcher), 师从陈王丽华教授。 2008年4月-2009年3月浙江大学材料科学与工程系作博士后研究, 师从杜丕一教授。 2009年3月-2011年8月, 在香港理工大学电子信息工程系作副研究员(Associate Researcher), 师从柯少荣/陈王丽华教授。 2013年-2016年,每年的6月至8月在香港理工大学应用物理系作访问学者。

研究领域

主要研究领域: 低温烧结新工艺;细晶的铁电材料的制备及器件;铁电电卡效应及储能;氧化物光电材料;纳米陶瓷功能复合材料;铁电-铁磁多铁的细晶陶瓷和薄膜的制备、铁电压电材料的3D 打印技术
