个人简介

2008年毕业于中国科学院物理研究所凝聚态专业,获博士学位。2008-2012年先后在法国Tours大学和美国Temple大学从事博士后研究。2012年~2013年,湖北大学,副教授,湖北省"楚天学者计划"楚天学子;2014年~至今,苏州科技大学,副教授。2015年获苏州市高等院校、科研院所紧缺高层次人才引进资助

研究领域

主要集中在钙钛矿氧化物薄膜和异质结构的可控制备、性能调控及其在新型微电子器件中的应用。主要研究方向包括:(1)多功能钙钛矿氧化物人工结构的设计及性能调控研究,(2)氧化物界面新奇物性的探索、调控及其在未来微纳器件中的应用
