个人简介

江南大学理学院副院长,应用数学系教师,中国交叉科学学会常务理事,中国工业与应用数学学会数学生命科学专委会理事,江苏省概率统计学会常务理事,江苏省生物医学工程学会生物信息学专委会委员,无锡市现场统计研究会理事长,《Journal of Molecular Cell Biology》等多家国内外杂志审稿人。多年来一直从事概率统计、随机过程、试验设计与数据处理、生物信息学、数学建模等应用数学的教学和研究工作,已在国际国内学术刊物上发表学术论文30多篇,有10多篇被SCI检索。出版1部学术专著及2部教材。主持在研国家自然科学基金重点项目课题1项,国家自然科学基金重大研究计划集成项目课题1项,主持完成中央高校基础研究专项经费项目1项,主持完成江南大学自然科学基金项目2项,主持完成横向项目3项,作为主要参与人参与完成国家自然科学基金面上项目2项,参与完成江南大学启动的创新团队建设项目1项。获得中国轻工业联合会科学技术三等奖1项,获得中国商业联合会科学技术三等奖1项,获得无锡市自然科学优秀学术论文一等奖1项。主持完成1项省级研究生教改项目,主持完成2项校教改项目。获得2项校教学成果一等奖,1项校教学成果二等奖,1项全国素质教育教研成果一等奖。 工作及研究经历 1994.8至今,江南大学理学院工作; 2013.9-2016.6,中科院上海生命科学院系统生物学重点实验室,博士后。
