个人简介
张玉彬 博士、教授、博导，生物化学教研室主任。
1998.7毕业于中国药科大学生科院，获生化药学专业博士学位。1989.7毕业于中国医学科学院和北京协和医学院 医药生物技术所，获微生物药学专业硕士学位。1982.7 毕业于江南大学化学化工学院获获学士学位。2002.2-2007.1美国路易斯安娜州立大学Pennington生物医学研究中心从事博士后研究。曾获江苏省六大人才高峰项目和南京市优秀留学回国人员项目资助。
本课题组主要开展代谢性疾病的分子基础与药物治疗研究。利用细胞系统和动物模型，通过分子生物学技术手段，探讨代谢性疾病的发病机制及药物治疗作用的分子机制，研究创新药物治疗肥胖、非酒精性脂肪肝病、2型糖尿病和动脉粥样硬化等代谢疾病的分子药理作用机制。
研究领域
（1）代谢生物学的基础研究：主要开展线粒体功能及PGC1和NT-PGC1的结构与功能研究。首次发现并报道了NT-PGC1,其在能量代谢中的生物学功能已引起国内外同行关注。（2）代谢性疾病的药物治疗研究：围绕PGC1和NT-PGC1信号通路开展代谢相关性疾病的药物治疗研究，如肥胖和非酒精性脂肪肝。运用生物转化与化学合成方法制备传统中药的代谢产物，阐明其治疗代谢性疾病的生化与分子药理学作用机制。
