个人简介

陈玉清:女,1974年6月出生,四川成都人。2000年毕业于四川农业大学生化与分子生物学专业,获理学硕士学位;2007年南京师范大学动物学专业博士研究生毕业,获理学博士学位;2014年美国耶鲁大学医学院实验医学系访问学者。在南京师范大学“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师培养对象(2012-2015),南京师范大学“优秀教师奖”(2013),曾承担本科生专业基础课《生物化学》《生物化学实验》《分子生物学》《分子生物学实验》《生物学进展》以及研究生《基因工程下游技术》《细胞工程》《高级生物化学》等多门课程的教学工作。

研究领域

对病源微生物感染机体后免疫应答产生的免疫小肽分别从生物化学、细胞生物学以及生化药理学等角度研究其生物学活性,尤其关注其在人类恶性肿瘤治疗中的效应与分子机制。关注蛋白质修饰对抗癌活性的影响与机理,为寻找高抗癌活性低毒副作用的药物提供重要依据和方向。近年研究兴趣主要包括: 1. 抗菌肽生物学功能及抗菌抗癌的分子机制 2. 抗菌肽修饰改造、抗癌活性与分子机制 3. 抗菌免疫肽与抗肿瘤免疫的关系与机制
