个人简介

杨波,博士,江南大学食品学院副研究员,硕士生导师。主要从事食品微生物学及分子生物学相关领域的教学和科研工作,研究方向为食品微生物功能发掘与利用,研究工作围绕乳酸菌及其特殊代谢、功能及应用展开,同时对婴幼儿、长寿老人等人群的肠道菌群及乳酸菌的多样性进行分析研究。国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年项目等各类纵向、横向项目9项。成果获得教育部高等学校科学技术进步奖二等奖、中国商业联合会科学技术奖二等奖。在Progress in Lipid Research、Journal of Functional Foods、Food & Function、International Journal of Molecular Sciences等期刊发表科研论文35篇,其中SCI论文22篇。申请国家发明专利11项,获授权专利3项。参与《Lactic Acid Bacteria: Bioengineering and Industrial Applications》(Springer出版社)、《乳酸菌科学与技术》(科学出版社)、《婴幼儿肠道菌群和益生菌新进展》(人民卫生出版社)的编写工作。 教育经历 2004/09-2008/06 江南大学食品学院,食品质量与安全专业,学士 2008/09-2014/06 江南大学食品学院,食品科学,博士 2012/09-2013/09 爱尔兰University College Cork,联合培养博士 工作经历 2014/06-2016/06 江南大学,食品学院,博士后 2016/07-2018/05江南大学,食品学院,食品生物技术中心,助理研究员 2016/07-2018/05江南大学,食品学院,食品生物技术中心,副研究员
