个人简介

罗小虎,男,江西吉安人,1983年4月生,博士、博士后,江南大学食品学院/粮食发酵工艺与技术国家工程实验室副教授。 2010年9月起至今在江南大学攻读博士学位及工作期间,一直从事粮食质量安全、粮食深加工方面的理论与应用研究工作。先后主持、参与科研项目十几项,其中主持国家自然科学基金“小麦中呕吐毒素臭氧降解机制及产物安全性评价(31501579)”、十三五国家重点研发计划“现代食品加工及粮食收储运技术与装备”重点专项“传统杂粮加工关键新技术装备研究及示范(2017YFD0401200)”子课题,参与十三五国家重点研发计划“现代食品加工及粮食收储运技术与装备”重点专项“大宗米制品适度加工关键技术装备研发及示范(2017YFD0401100)”、国家自然科学基金面上项目“特异性吸附黄曲霉素B1的有序磁性介孔二氧化硅设计及吸附机制研究(31371874)”等国家、部省级项目。 教育背景 2014/07-至今, 江南大学,食品学院/粮食发酵工艺与技术国家工程实验室,副教授 2017/04-2018/04,国家粮食和物质储备局安全仓储与科技司,挂职锻炼 2014/10-2017/05,江南大学,轻工技术与工程博士后流动站,博士后 2010/09-2014/06,江南大学,食品学院,粮油及植物蛋白工程专业,博士生 2006/09-2009/06,西华大学,生物工程学院,食品科学专业,硕士生 2002/09-2006/07,成都大学,生物产业学院,生物工程专业,本科生

研究领域

近几年来,对粮食原料中真菌毒素等其他有害物在加工、储藏过程中的转化规律与产物形式、不同加工方式对真菌毒素等外源有害物的消减和控制机制及产物安全性评价进行了系统的研究,并对消减后粮食营养品质、加工特性等方面进行了深入研究
