吕文平，山西人，2004年获浙江大学动物营养与饲料科学专业博士学位，美国弗吉尼亚理工大学访问学者，江南大学食品学院副教授、硕士生导师，九三学社社员。主讲生物化学，生物化学实验，分子生物学，基因工程等课程

研究领域

主要从事功能因子的筛选及构效关系的研究，应用酶催化合成功能因子，功能性饮料配方的研制及其工艺研究
