范柳萍 - 江南大学

个人简介

范柳萍，女，汉族，1972年5月出生于山西省祁县；2005年毕业于江南大学食品科学与工程专业并获博士学位，2013年聘为教授。主要从事食品科学领域的教学与科研工作，包括果蔬真空油炸与干燥技术、油炸食品贮藏稳定性研究、煎用油的品质分析、特色果蔬汁加工等方面。主持国家自然基金、国家青年自然基金、江苏省自然基金、国家“十一五”和“十二五”科技支撑计划、农业部公益性项目等国家级课题6项，研究成果获得国家科技进步二等奖（排名第六），江苏省科技进步一等奖（排名第三），在国际核心期刊（SCI）上共发表论文16篇。受教育经历 2001/09-2005/03，江南大学，食品学院，博士 1991/09-1995/07，山西大学，生物系，学士研究工作经历 2013-至今江南大学，食品学院，教授 2012-2013 加拿大曼尼托巴大学，人类营养与健康系，访问学者 2005-2012 江南大学，食品学院，副教授
