个人简介

沈晓芳,博士,教授,研究方向为食品安全与质量控制。近年来主持和参加国家“十三五”食品安全国家重点研发计划项目、江苏省社会发展重大应用示范项目、国家“十二五”科技支撑、国家自然科学基金等科学研究项目,申请国家专利三十余件,发表研究论文四十余篇,获中国轻工业联合会科技进步一等奖、中国商业联合会科学技术一等奖、第四届中国“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛”优秀指导教师等奖励,任二十余种国内外知名学术刊物审稿人,江苏省农垦农业发展股份有限公司“农产品质量安全控制体系建设”项目负责人。 教育背景 2013.9~2014.9美国佛罗里达大学国家公派访问学者。 2005.9~2008.6 南开大学化学学院分析化学专业(理学博士)。 2002.9~2005.6 山西大学化学化工学院药学系药物分析专业(理学硕士)。 1998.9~2002.6 山西大学化学化工学院化学系应用化学专业(理学学士)
