研究领域

从事枯草芽孢杆菌动态代谢调控元件挖掘、动态代谢调控方法理性设计与级联动态代谢调控技术的开发,依托上述方法与技术构建高效微生物细胞工厂生产重要功能营养品(乙酰氨基葡萄糖、母乳寡糖、几丁质寡糖、低聚乳果糖、熊果苷、糖基维C、系列脂溶性维生素、克拉酸等)的研究,通过代谢途径理性设计、代谢网络模块调控和调控网络动态重构等实现底物的定向转化和产物的高效合成。
