1984-1988,浙江工业大学,微生物化学专业,学士; 1988-1990,天津科技大学,发酵工程专业,硕士; 2008-2013,江南大学,发酵工程专业,博士。 1990-2002,江苏省微生物研究所,实习研究员、副研究员; 2003-至今,江南大学生物工程学院,副研究员、研究员、教授。
