个人简介

陈星莺，1964.9，女，民革党员，东南大学电气工程专业博士研究生毕业。现任河海大学副校长、教授、博士生导师，兼任全国政协委员、民革江苏省副主委、民革中央人资环副主任委员，江苏黄埔亲属联谊会副会长。1984年7月从南京工学院（现东南大学）毕业分配到河海大学任教，是河海大学电气工程专业主要创建人之一，参加和负责了本科、硕士点、博士点建设的整个过程学习经历 1980年9月~1984年7月，东南大学电气工程系本科 1986年2月~1986年8月，河海大学外语培训中心英语培训班 1989年9月~1995年4月，河海大学电气工程学院硕士研究生 1996年2月~2002年9月，东南大学电气工程系博士研究生工作经历 1984年7月~1986年8月，河海大学自动化系助教 1986年8月~1998年5月，河海大学电气工程学院助教、讲师、副教授 1998年5月~2000年4月，河海大学电力工程系系主任、副教授（其中：1998年9月~2003年11月，江苏省九届妇代会执委） 2000年5月~2004年1月，河海大学电气工程学院副院长、副教授、教授（其中：2003年1月~2008年3月，江苏省九届政协委员；2003年11月~2008年11月，江苏省九届青联委员、2003年11月~ ，江苏黄埔同学亲属联谊会副会长） 2004年1月~2007年1月，河海大学科技处副处长、教授、博导（其中：2004年4月~2004年7月，国家教育行政学院 21期中青年后备干部培训班） 2007年1月~2013年6月，河海大学国家工程研究中心常务副主任、教授、博导（其中：2008年4月~ ，全国届政协委员） 2013年6月~ ，河海大学副校长、教授、博导
