个人简介

2002年毕业于四川大学,获学士学位。 2007年毕业于北京大学,获博士学位。

研究领域

主要研究方向为功能性纳米器件,实验方面侧重于研究纳米材料的生长和纳米器件的加工;理论方面侧重于功能性纳米器件中电磁输运性质的计算和模拟。
