个人简介

李念强,男,1985年10月生,现任苏州大学光电科学与工程学院特聘教授(2019.01–至今),主要从事微波光子学及光载无线通信系统、非线性动力学、激光混沌保密通信与高速物理随机数发生器等方面的研究。攻读博士学位以来,发表SCI检索学术论文60余篇,第一作者或通讯发表SCI检索学术论文33篇(其中一篇被推选为《IEEE量子电子学期刊》的封面文章),EI检索学术论文3篇;在国际JCR学术期刊1区和2区共发表第一作者或通讯论文29篇,并在国际光学工程学会(SPIE)上做特邀报告;H指数为17,论文被引835次,单篇论文最高被引64次;已授权国家发明专利1项。主研加拿大、英国、国家级、省级项目多项;主持校级项目1项。在博士阶段,被西南交通大学推荐为全国优秀博士论文作者培养对象,获四川省优秀大学毕业生、西南交通大学优秀博士论文、中国电子教育学会2017年度优秀博士学位论文提名奖等奖励。 教育经历 2008. 09 - 2016. 01: 西南交通大学,专业:通信与信息系统;博士 ;导师:潘炜 教授 2004. 09 - 2008. 07: 西南交通大学,专业:茅以升计算机班;学士 海外科研工作经历 2018. 05 – 2018. 12:加拿大渥太华大学; 博士后(Postdoctoral Fellow)合作 导师: Jianping Yao教授 2016. 02 – 2018. 04:英国埃塞克斯大学;高级研究员(Senior Research Officer)合作 导师: I.
