个人简介
薛伟，男，1970年10月出生，教授，博士生导师，俄罗斯远东联邦大学客座教授，校兴海学术团队骨干成员，海洋电磁学理论及其应用技术团队负责人，国家自然科学基金网络评议专家，《Transactions on Broadcasting》等SCI期刊审稿人，中国教育部学位与研究生教育评审专家，多个省市自然科学基金评审专家。主要研究水下及地下无线通信技术，通信信号检测与识别技术，扩频通信设计、数字接收机设计等，从事基于DSP、FPGA和ARM的水下和地下通信系统硬件与软件平台设计。讲授课程：“通信对抗技术”、“电磁场与电磁波”。 曾参与三项军品横向课题, 并于2005年在“机动多目标的定位算法和实验研究”项目中获黑龙江省科技进步二等奖, 2006年11月获“第三十五届全俄高校科学技术会议”论文一等奖。在多项国家及省级项目中担任项目负责人和技术负责人。发表论文40多篇，其中SCI、EI检索30余篇，申请专利3项，授权专利2项。曾留学俄罗斯圣彼得堡彼得大帝理工大学，获博士学位。
