王立国，男，1974年生，工学博士，三级岗教授，博士生导师。IEEE会员，中国电子学会高级会员，中国通讯学会高级会员，国际数字地球学会(ISDE)中国国家委员会-成像光谱对地观测专业委员会委员，中国光学工程学会会员，宇航学会光电技术专业委员会高级委员，“应用科技”编委，哈尔滨工程大学兴海学术团队“现代信号处理技术研究”主要成员。国家自然科学基金、教育部博士点基金、教育部学位中心评审专家。担任国际学术会议分会主席3次。IEEE “TGRS”、 ISPRS 、IEEE
“GRSL”、“JSTRAS”、“RSL”、“IJRS”、“电子学报”中英文版、“哈尔滨工业大学学报”中英文版、“中国图象图像学报”(2011年度优秀审稿专家)、“红外与激光工程”、“电子信息学报”、“光电子激光”、“南京航空航天大学学报”英文版、“遥感学报”、“信号处理”等期刊审稿人。
