个人简介

刘鲁涛,男,1977年生,黑龙江哈尔滨市人,工学博士,副教授,博士/硕士生导师,雷达与电子战团队(REW)核心成员。IEEE会员,2003-2005年荷兰代尔夫特工业大学留学,2013-2014年美国史蒂文森理工学院访问学者。 主要从事雷达与电子侦察相关研究工作, 涉及宽带信号检测与识别,阵列信号处理,DSP软硬件开发等技术。获得黑龙江省科学技术进步二等奖1项, 国防科学技术进步三等奖1项,参编教材2部,发表学术论文50余篇。 教育经历 2007/9–2011/7, 哈尔滨工程大学, 通信与信息系统, 博士 2003/9–2005/7, 荷兰代尔夫特理工大学, 电路与系统, 硕士 2001/9–2003/7, 哈尔滨工业大学, 通信与信息系统, 硕士 1996/9–2000/7, 东南大学, 电力系统与自动化, 学士 工作经历 2013/7-至今,哈尔滨工程大学,信息与通信工程学院,副教授 2013/11-2014/11,美国斯蒂文斯工学院,电子工程与信号处理研究所,访问学者
