个人简介

陈玉金,1971年6月生,博士,教授,博士生导师。毕业于中科院物理研究所,取得理学博士学位。黑龙江省光学协会理事,中国材料学会高级会员,中国物理学会终身会员。2010年入选教育部优秀人才支持计划,同年获得黑龙江省杰出青年基金资助,2011年,龙江学者特聘教授。Appl. Phys. Lett.,J. Mater. Chem., J. Phys. 研究领域

(一)微纳材料的可控制备 利用液相化学方法可控制备各种微纳材料,研究其尺寸、形貌对性能的影响,探索其在新领域中的应用。 (二)能源材料及器件 太阳能电池;二次锂离子电池;超级电容器;锂空电池;镁电池等。 (三)电磁波吸收与屏蔽 基于新机制的常温下电磁波吸收与屏蔽微纳材料;用于极端条件下的电磁波吸收与屏蔽微纳材料。 (四)微纳光电器件 场效应晶体管;光探测器;发光二极管;平板显示器等。 (五)高精度传感器 应用于地磁测量系统的磁敏传感器;应用于紫外线、辐射粒子探测的微纳半导体电子器件;应用于探测有毒有害气体的气体传感器。
