个人简介

谭高翼,男,1981年11月生于湖北宜昌。博士/副研究员/硕士生导师。2014年3月毕业于上海交通大学生命科学技术学院(微生物代谢国家重点实验室),获微生物学专业博士学位;2015年3月获武汉大学医学部助研任职资格;2016年10月加入华东理工大学任助理研究员、副研究员,目前为生物反应器工程国家重点实验室固定成员。主要从事微生物发酵与次级代谢调控、代谢工程及合成生物学相关的研究。现已发表学术论文20多篇,其中包括在Nature Communications (2019),Current Opinion in Biotechnology (2017),Metabolic Engineering (2015, 2017),ACS Synthetic Biology (2017),Biotechnology and Bioengineering (2013)等专业领域著名学术期刊发表第一作者/通讯作者论文15篇。申请/授权国家发明专利7项。研究论文曾获Faculty of 1000的推荐。多次参加国际会议并受邀作学术报告。带队/指导华东理工大学首届本科生iGEM(国际遗传工程机器大赛)项目,连续两年比赛获团队金奖(2017, 2018)。目前担任Sci. Rep.,Appl. Microbiol. Biotechnol.,Process Biochem.,Biotechnol. J.,Biochem. Eng. 研究领域

1. 工业微生物的代谢工程改良与遗传育种:利用代谢工程、合成生物学技术提高工业高产菌(e.g. Saccbaropolyspora spinosa, Rhodobacter sphaeroides, Streptomyces avermitilis)的产物合成效率。 2. 海洋放线菌次级代谢产物挖掘及合成与调控机制研究:海洋来源放线菌的沉默基因簇非靶向/靶向激活,例如新颖聚酮类化合物等。 3. 合成生物学新技术开发与应用:基于CRISPR/Cas系统的使能技术开发。例如大片段DNA的高效捕捉,代谢物的高通量检测和筛选等。
