个人简介

研究领域

(1) 工业微生物发酵生理与分子调控:主要对工业微生物在发酵过程中与培养环境之间的相互作用关系,包括环境条件对微生物细胞在发酵过程的生理变化影响机制,如碳中心代谢途径的改变引起代谢产物的合成效率;同时,研究细胞发酵生理对培养环境的影响,为建立工业化发酵过程控制提供理论基础。 (2) 动物细胞大规模培养工程:主要对CHO细胞、BHK21、HEK293、Vero细胞、干细胞(如骨髓间充质干细胞、小鼠胚胎干细胞、神经干细胞等)、原代组织细胞(如睾丸支持细胞等)等生物反应器大规模培养与抗体(疫苗)工程化技术研究,建立高密度的生物反应器培养技术和在线检测技术,以及大规模生物反应器设计技术研究。
