个人简介

学历及工作经历 2001年华东理工大学与军事医学科学院联合培养博士毕业,获生物化工专业博士。 2001年7月起任职于华东理工大学生物工程学院应用生物学系,2007年起受聘副教授,2014年起兼任国家生化工程技术研究中心研究人员。 2011.8-2012.8 在美国杜克大学生物学系访问一年 2017年在瑞典查尔姆斯理工大学生物工程系访问一年 获奖情况 2009年获华东理工大学育英奖一等奖 2007年获校优秀青年女教师成才基金 上海市精品课程《基因组学》主讲人

研究领域

主要涉及原核和真核细胞组学数据挖掘、基因表达调控网络、工业微生物菌株的系统代谢工程、微生物遗传转化新技术、酶基因的改造和应用、肿瘤生物学机制和细胞疗法等多学科的交叉领域。
