研究领域

自2000年以来主要开展水质安全研究，重点研究水体中氯化消毒难以去除的微生物的快速、经济实用和具有溯源能力的检测方法以及这些病原体在人、动物和环境中的传播特征。近几年也围绕湖泊藻华暴发开展研究，重点研究藻华暴发、湖泊生态系统和水质安全之间的相互联系。主要研究方向包括： 1. 介水传播的病原微生物（如隐孢子虫、贾第虫、环孢子虫和微孢子虫等）的检测、分子生物学、流行病学、环境生物学和生态循环特征 2. 介水传播的病原微生物的致病机理 3. 藻华形成和演替过程中湖泊生态系统的演变及系统内相互关系 4. 环境污染物的快速检测、生物传感器、检测功能性材料开发等
