个人简介

男，1981年出生于江苏扬州，中国民主同盟，博士，华东理工大学生物工程学院副教授，硕士生导师。2002、2005年分别获得天津大学学士和硕士学位，2009年获得华东理工大学博士学位。随后留在华东理工大学从事科研教学工作。授课科目为，《系统与化学生物学》、《系统生物学》、《合成生物学》。2016年，成为华东理工大学“教学名师培育团队”成员。2013、2015、2017年三次获得华东理工大学生物工程学院授课比赛一等奖。2017年同时获得华东理工大学授课比赛一等奖和第二届“三联杯”中国生物化学与分子生物学微课公开赛三等奖。丝状真菌（俗称霉菌）是真核生物，在自然界中分布非常广泛，与人们的日常生活极为密切。2010年起，本人从事丝状真菌的遗传改造及真菌合成生物学相关的研究，拥有较好的真菌操作和分子生物学实验经验。2014年，本人首次完成丝状真菌光控系统的开发，为合成生物学和转录调控提供新型操纵元件。2016年，首次开发丝状真菌可擦写的筛选标记系统，为复杂的多步的的基因操作，以及开发无标记的菌株提供了高效的使能技术。2017年，首次在丝状真菌中开发TALEN系统，丰富了真菌的操作工具。

研究领域

（1）里氏木霉生产工业用酶的集成平台；（2）工程菌代谢线路的调控和代谢途径的开关；（3）利用基因组重测序与转录组测序技术，筛选到新的突变调控靶点，分析解释调控机制；（4）利用宏基因组技术，建立糖苷水解酶酶库；（5）金属离子调控纤维素酶表达的机制；（6）纤维素酶调控因子的合成生物学改造。
