研究领域

拟南芥和二穗短柄草感应微生物相关分子模式的信号转导过程的研究；植物感应钙离子的分子机理研究植物营养元素关键基因的鉴定和分子机理的研究我国禾本科植物内生真菌资源调查、多样性以及系统发育学研究
