研究领域

主要致力于建立和发展无细胞反应工程体系，用于重要药物靶标膜蛋白的高效表达和纯化，功能表征，配体筛选以及高分辨三维结构的解析；新型抗菌肽的设计，改造以及工业化生产，开发和制备新型高效、广谱和对人体低毒副作用的抗菌药物；优化大肠杆菌、毕赤酵母菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和乳酸乳球菌等工程菌株，用于合成外源重组蛋白质，研发清除体内重金属和自由基，防衰老以及抗辐射的功能性食品和保健品。
