研究领域

研究主要集中但不局限于:(1)核酸分子(DNA和RNA)的结构、生物、物理及化学性质;(2)高分辨率液体核磁共振(NMR)测定核酸及其他生物分子的三维空间结构;(3)人类神经退行性疾病中基因不稳定性的机理;(4)生物药物靶向作用的机制及药物设计;(5)单分子技术研究生物大分子的生理学性质。
