个人简介

学习经历 1993年毕业于江苏师范大学，获理学学士学位 2000年获南开大学理学博士学位工作经历 2000.11-2001.11 法国原子能委员会/Grenoble I 大学博士后 2001.12-2003.12 日本Kanazawa 大学 JSPS外国人特别研究员 2004.03-2011.06华南理工大学化学与化工学院制药工程系主任, 2004.03任副教授, 硕士生导师, 2008.12晋升为教授, 2010年被评聘为博士生导师 2010.07-至今华南理工大学生物科学与工程学院生物制药系主任。期间2011.06—2011.10赴法国狄德龙大学（巴黎第七大学）高级访问学者。

研究领域

1）新药研究与开发主要进行药物的结构改造和前药研究；以及从天然产物发酵液中分离制备活性物质。已经从普伐他汀发酵液中分离得到了高活性的四氢普伐他汀，并完成了其合成工艺和结构鉴定，完成了初步的药学和毒性研究。 2）药物多晶型与质量控制主要进行了非布索坦药物新晶型、氯吡格雷药物新晶型以及他汀类药物新晶型的研究，建立了药物转晶制备新晶型的研究和评价平台。对头孢类和克林霉素类等抗生素进行了相关物质的研究，合成开发了7个新的相关物质对照品。 3）新型医用材料与荧光免疫分析试剂主要进行了新型生物医用胶黏剂和荧光标记抗体的开发，该类研究主要应用于医疗器械和诊断试剂盒。
