个人简介

吕发创，博士，教授，博士生导师，现任华南理工大学制浆造纸工程国家重点实验室主任。1998年6月毕业于美国威斯康星大学麦迪逊（University of Wisconsin-Madison），获得木材（植物纤维）化学专业博士学位。曾担任美国威斯康星大学麦迪逊（University of Wisconsin – Madison）以及美国能源部五大湖生物能源研究中心（Great Lakes Bioenergy Research Center）高级（资深）研究员。长期从事植物纤维化学以及植物生物化学方面的基础和应用研究，在植物细胞壁化学结构模型物的合成，木素化学结构分析的建立，生物质能源及材料的开发和利用方面有较高的造诣。在本领域权威期刊上共发表论文90余篇，SCI收录80多篇，绝大多数发表在农林化学专业方面顶级期刊，其中有一篇在Science发表，两篇在PNAS上发表，两篇论文分别被The Plant Journal和Organic & Biomolecular Chemistry选为封面文章。发表的论文被他人在SCI收录期刊中正面引用2700多次，H-因子（H-index）为35。曾主持和参与过美国农业部、能源部科研项目10多项，总经费达500多万美元。获邀参加国际会议并作学术报告10余次。参与编写英文专著5部，主编英文专著1部。

长期从事植物纤维化学以及植物生物化学方面的基础和应用研究，在植物细胞壁化学结构模型物的合成，木素化学结构分析的建立，生物质能源及材料的开发和利用方面有较高的造诣。
