个人简介

1965年毕业于原苏联列宁格勒大学化学系，化学学士。1979-1981年，日本东京大学化学系进修, 1987年获东京大学理学博士。1966年至1988年任职中国科学院化学研究所。1988年至1990年美国加州大学圣巴巴拉分校高分子及有机固体研究所资深研究员。1990年至1998年美国加州圣巴巴拉UNIAX公司资深研究员。1998年至今华南理工大学材料学院教授，2001年当选中国科学院院士。2008年当选第三世界科学院院士，英皇家化学会会士
