个人简介

学习经历: 2000.9-2006.12 吉林大学电子科学与工程学院,微电子学与固体电子学专业,理学博士。 1986.9-1989.7 吉林大学电子科学系,无线电电子学专业,理学硕士。 1978.3-1982.1 吉林大学半导体系,半导体器件专业,理学学士。 工作经历: 2000.1-- 吉林大学电子科学与工程学院,教授、博士生导师、副院长、院长、党委书记。 1982.1-1999.12 吉林大学电子工程系,助教、讲师、副教授、副系主任。 1983.8-1984.7 北京邮电学院无线电工程系电磁场与微波教研室,进修教师。 1997.9-1998.9 英国曼彻斯特理工大学(UMIST) 电气工程与电子学系,访问教授。 2006.6-2006.7 美国佐治亚大学高等教育研究所,访问教授 2011.12-2012.1 美国维克森林大学生物医学工程系,访问教授。

研究领域

信号检测与信息处理: 在信号检测方向,侧重研究高功率半导体激光器噪声产生原因;电噪声准确提取和放大电路设计;噪声与器件基本特性和各种参数的相关性。最终建立噪声特性、光谱特性、功率特性、模式特性、以及电导数参数等诸因素,作为高功率半导体激光器的质量评估、可靠性检测及失效因素分析的快速、无损、有效的新方法。 在信息处理方向,包括可见光通信信道估计与编码技术研究;生物特征信息识别,如指纹及指静脉识别;医学图像分割;多光谱遥感图像无损压缩和全景图像拼接技术研究。
