个人简介

刘凤敏,女,1977年生,教授。2000年吉林大学电子科学与工程学院本科毕业,2003年7月留校任教,2005年获得吉林大学微电子学与固体电子学博士学位。2007年至2009年12月作为博士后在中科院长春应用化学研究所高分子化学与物理实验室光电中心进行研究工作。2012年11月至2013年11月作为国家公派访问学者在美国加州大学洛杉矶分校留学。

研究领域

基于半导体的能源和环境领域的电子器件,包括气体传感器件和太阳能电池。气体传感器件:半导体氧化物SnO2,ZnO,Fe2O3,In2O3等气体传感器材料设计与制备、器件结构优化与性能分析。太阳能电池:聚合物太阳能电池界面工程,如阳极/阴极界面层的设计与器件性能分析;染料敏化太阳能电池光阳极层的微纳结构研究。
