个人简介

吴国光,男,2012年获得吉林大学微电子学与固体电子学博士学位,现任吉林大学副教授,硕士生导师。基于德国大型超高真空集成设备(分子束外延/X射线光电子能谱/紫外光电子能谱/扫描隧道显微镜/原子力显微镜)开展了半导体材料表面界面特性、氮化物半导体光电子及电子器件的制备研究。在APL、PCCP、JPCC等国内外学术期刊上发表论文20余篇,2012年在国际上首次实现了InN基近红外发光器件的制备,得到国际同行的关注,受邀在国际氮化物会议做邀请报告。
