个人简介

陈志俊教授2000年在北京大学生命科学学院生物化学与分子生物学专业开展兰花转基因及水稻矮缩病毒相关研究并获得理学硕士学位(导师: 李毅教授和陈章良教授)。2001 - 2008年在芬兰奥鲁大学Biocenter Oulu与生物化学系运用多学科交叉的方法研究哺乳动物线粒体脂肪酸代谢并获博士学位(导师: Kalervo Hiltunen教授)。2009-2010年在美国哈佛大学干细胞与再生生物学系进行Hedgehog结合膜蛋白相关的博士后研究(导师: Andy McMahon教授)。2010年9月开始在吉林大学超分子结构与材料国家重点实验室任副教授、课题组组长,开展生物技术与生物材料研究。2016年9月晋升为教授、博导。

研究领域

生物技术与生物材料 我们正在设计新型淀粉样蛋白识别分子,用于纤维状蛋白组装的监控、抑制或干扰。我们的兴趣在于运用这些分子进行淀粉样蛋白示踪与细胞功能调控。此外,我们也构筑各种“人工病毒”,用于基因编辑相关的大分子递送。我们的长远目标是开发新方法,深入研究蛋白聚集、细胞代谢相关生理、病理。
