个人简介

2003年至2008年在中国海洋大学和丹麦Roskilde大学学习,获医学博士学位。2008年7月起,在中国科学院海洋研究所工作,方向为海洋活性物质的发现及作用机制的研究。2013年11月起,经中国海洋大学“青年英才工程”人才引进在中国海洋大学医药学院工作。近年来,针对肿瘤、代谢性疾病等疾病中重要的分子靶点或调控网络,以海洋天然产物为研究对象,开展了先导化合物的发现与功能研究;阐明这些活性物质的作用机制,探索新的药物靶点及调控网络,为新药研究提供物质基础和理论支持。2013年以来,申请人在Eur. J. Med. Chem. 等权威杂志上发表第一/通讯作者SCI论文23篇,第一发明人授权专利2项,应Springer与Wiley出版社邀请参编《Handbook of Anticancer Drugs from Marine Origin》与《Encyclopedia of Marine Biotechnology》英文专著2部;主持国家自然科学基金3项,山东省自然科学基金面上项目1项,青岛市应用基础研究专项1项;参与国家自然基金-山东省联合基金2项。
