刘明 - 中国海洋大学

个人简介

2003年至2008年在中国海洋大学和丹麦Roskilde大学学习，获医学博士学位。2008年7月起，在中国科学院海洋研究所工作，方向为海洋活性物质的发现及作用机制的研究。2013年11月起，经中国海洋大学“青年英才工程”人才引进在中国海洋大学医药学院工作。近年来，针对肿瘤、代谢性疾病等疾病中重要的分子靶点或调控网络，以海洋天然产物为研究对象，开展了先导化合物的发现与功能研究；阐明这些活性物质的作用机制，探索新的药物靶点及调控网络，为新药研究提供物质基础和理论支持。2013年以来，申请人在Eur. J. Med. Chem. 等权威杂志上发表第一/通讯作者SCI论文23篇，第一发明人授权专利2项，应Springer与Wiley出版社邀请参编《Handbook of Anticancer Drugs from Marine Origin》与《Encyclopedia of Marine Biotechnology》英文专著2部；主持国家自然科学基金3项，山东省自然科学基金面上项目1项，青岛市应用基础研究专项1项；参与国家自然基金-山东省联合基金2项。
