个人简介

2011年2月毕业于韩国釜山国立大学(Pusan National University),获药学博士学位;2011年3月至2013年5月在韩国釜山国立大学药学院从事博士后研究工作;2014年7月起,经中国海洋大学“青年英才工程”人才引进在中国海洋大学医药学院工作。近5年在Biochim. Biophys.Acta、J. Nat. Prod.、Mar. Biotechnol.等国际学术期刊上发表论文10余篇。

研究领域

基于基因组信息及代谢组分析策略的海洋微生物次级代谢产物研究。通过基因组采掘(genome mining)技术,激活沉默的生物合成基因簇,从而获得在常规实验室条件下难以被发现的新型次级代谢产物。同时采用二维核磁共振(2D-NMR)代谢组分析策略,迅速鉴定出特定基因簇控制下产生的化合物结构类型及其对生物活性的影响,建立一种“基因簇-化合物-活性”定向筛选体系,获得具有优良活性的新型次级代谢产物,为海洋新药研发提供化合物实体。
