个人简介

华东师范大学生命科学学院教授,博导,中国微生物学会教学委员会委员。 先后主持国家自然科学基金3项,上海市自然科学基金2项,教育部留学回国人员科研基金等课题,同时作为研究骨干参与973国家重点基础项目课题1项,国家重点研发课题3项。研究方向包括肠道微生物与宿主营养代谢调节机制;环境因素对水产动物肠道微生物组成的影响;微生物功能基因的表达及特性研究。相关研究成果发表在PNAS,mSyetems, Microbial Ecology, Frontiers in Microbiology,British Journal of Nutrition, Food Chemistry, Environment International, Environmental Pollution等期刊。 承担华东师范大学生物技术专业、生物科学专业本科生的《微生物学及实验》,《微生物与时代挑战》等课程的主讲。其中主讲的《微生物学及实验》为2016年度上海市精品课程,《见微知著:微生物与时代挑战》荣获2020年度上海市高等学校一流本科课程称号。主编并出版《微生物学实验简明教程》,《微生物学实验教程(电子课程)》(高等教育出版社),《生物学科课程思政教学指南》(副主编)。近五年承担上海市级及校级教学改革项目6项,教改内容包含教学设计、课程思政、实验教学、教学平台建设等多个方面。近五年以第一作者撰写并发表教学改革论文6篇。荣获上海市教学成果二等奖,荣获华东师范大学首届课程设计大赛一等奖,华东师范大学课程思政教学设计大赛一等奖,上海市申银万国教金奖,2020年度华东师范大学能达奖金奖,2020年度全国高校生命科学类微课教学比赛二等奖。第二届全国混合式教学大赛三等奖。 教育经历 1998-2002 华东师范大学 生命科学学院 本科 2002-2007 上海交通大学生命科学技术学院 微生物学专业 硕博 工作经历 2007.7-2011.11华东师范大学生命科学学院 讲师 2011.9-2012.9 美国伊利诺伊大学香槟校区(University of illinois at Urbana-Champaign, UIUC) 访问学者 2012.1-2016.12华东师范大学生命科学学院 副教授 2017.1 –今华东师范大学生命科学学院 教授 荣誉及奖励 华东师范大学第八届青年教师教学比赛一等奖 华东师范大学2009年度优秀任课教师奖 华东师范大学2011年度实践创新优秀指导教师奖 2011年度华东师范大学教学新星 2011年度上海市教育发展基金会“申银万国奖” 2016年度华东师范大学年度教学贡献奖 2017年度华东师范大学首届本科课程教学设计大赛一等奖 2018年度上海市教学成果二等奖(排名第二),华东师范大学教学成果一等奖(排名第二) 2020年度华东师范大学课程思政设计大赛一等奖 2020年度华东师范大学能达奖教金 第二届全国混合式教学大赛三等奖 2020年全国高校生命科学类微课教学比赛二等奖

研究领域

肠道微生物对宿主营养代谢的调节机制 目前的研究表明肠道微生物在宿主的营养素吸收、代谢中发挥着重要的作用,本实验室以斑马鱼及经济鱼类为主要的研究对象,通过无菌斑马鱼模型,探讨肠道微生物对宿主代谢的调控机制。 环境因素对宿主肠道微生物组成的影响 环境健康是大家关注的重点,环境污染会影响生物体的肠道健康,本实验室的另一个研究方向就是探讨环境中的抗生素、激素、有机污染物等对生物体肠道菌群的影响。
