教育背景 1982.9-1986.7: 哈尔滨工业大学精密仪器制造工程专业,本科; 1986.9-1989.3: 哈尔滨工业大学精密仪器制造工程专业,硕士; 1991.3-1994.5: 哈尔滨工业大学精密仪器及机械专业,博士; 工作经历 1989.3-2000.9: 哈尔滨工业大学精密仪器及测控技术教研室,讲师/副教授,主任。 2000.9-现 在:上海交通大学信息检测技术及仪器系自动检测研究所,教授,总支书记/系主任/所长。
