个人简介

刘灿华 平台建设学者 量子基础科学研究部 简历: 1999年本科毕业于中山大学物理系,2006年日本东京大学理学院物理系获博士学位。在日本物质材料研究机构工作4年后,于2010年加入上海交通大学物理与天文系,现为该系长聘教授,博士生导师,教育部青年长江学者(2015),上海市曙光学者(2015)。曾获新世纪优秀人才计划(2014),上海市浦江人才计划(2011)支持。 主要研究工作是利用以分子束外延法(MBE)在晶体表面/界面制备新颖的低维量子体系(拓扑薄膜材料,超导薄膜等),通过扫描隧道显微镜(STM)和原位电导及抗磁测量系统等分析与表征手段,探寻新奇的量子现象,探索量子调控的有效手段和方式。近年来1)致力于开发原位测量技术,研发出高度集成多功能原位测量的尖端仪器设备——STM+,有效地推动了表面和界面低维量子体系超导特性的前沿研究,包括首次实现了对超导材料的超导能隙、零电阻和迈斯纳效应等原位测量的高度集成,使精准探究物质结构与物性之间的关联成为可能;为研究表面超结构二维超导体提供了一种新的实验方法,率先成功地观察到了首个表面超结构[Si(111)-√7×√3-In]的迈斯纳效应;建立了FeSe衍生超导体的首个完整连续的超导相图,揭示了决定其衍生超导体临界温度的主要因素为相刚度(超流密度)而非配对势(超导能隙);首次在液氮温区观察到单层FeSe薄膜界面的超导增强效应;这一系列的重要进展极大地促进了界面超导及铁基超导的相关研究。2)在马约拉纳零能模的前沿研究方面,制备出了具有原子级平整界面的拓扑绝缘体/超导体异质结,实现一种新的拓扑超导体;揭示了超导涡旋态中马约拉纳零能模的空间分布特征;这一系列的实验发现为拓扑量子计算的实现提供了一种新的途径。迄今发表SCI论文70余篇,被引3400多次,ESI高被引论文6篇,《物理评论快报》等高端期刊论文21篇,部分成果获2019年国家自然科学二等奖(第三获奖人),入选科技导报2016年度十大科学进展。
