个人简介

黄其煜博士1997年本科毕业于北京大学物理学系,同年赴美留学。分别于2000年和2003年在美国弗吉尼亚大学电机工程与计算机工程系获得硕士和博士学位。博士期间的主要研究方向为纳米材料和微纳加工技术,并长期担任半导体制造工艺实验课程的教学。曾参与由全美顶尖大学参与的Molecular Level Printing研究项目。在国际一流学术期刊和会议上发表多篇论文,授权发明专利多项, 现为IEEE Senior Member。并曾担任Science, Solar Energy, IEEE Transactions on Nanotechnolgoy等著名期刊审稿人。
